This week (just completed)

 

 

Tuesday

  • Ran 36 minutes (treadmill)
  • Standing overhead dumbbell press (100 pound x 3 reps, 60 pounds x 5 reps, 60 pounds x 5 reps, 60 pounds x 5 reps)

Friday

  • Ran 40 minutes (outside)
  • Swam 1400-meters

Saturday

  • Biked 75 minutes (outside)

Sunday

  • Biked 60 minutes (outside), then (right away) run 20 minutes (outside)
  • Deadlift (300 pound x 1 set of 5 reps)
  • Swam 1800-meters

 

 

Week-23 plan (to be completed this coming week)

 

Monday

  • Bike for 90 minutes
  • Swim 1400-meters

Tuesday

  • Run for 40 minutes
  • Standing overhead dumbbell press (60 pound x 5 set of 5 reps)

Wednesday

  • Swim 1400-meters

Friday

  • Deadlift (305 pound x 1 set of 5 reps)

Saturday

  • Bike for 70 minutes

Sunday

  • Run for 1 hour 5 minutes
