Today didn’t go as planned. I had two cookies at lunch and a small brownie for dessert.
My excuse is that I was pressured to eat these thing due to social pressure (work situations). If you read this blog, you know my response (to myself): reasons are bullshit.
Ahhhh … I feel better after confessing. Now for my daily summary.
I didn’t have access to a scale.
- Plate of mixed fruit
- Smoothie of mixed greens and apples
- Some type of lasagna (It was a work lunch, so I took a small enough piece to be polite.)
- 2 cookies ?
- Red wine (6 oz.)
- Small brownie and ice cream ?
